How to record FIT / GPX

A VESC controller is not required to analyze GPS activity. Use a GPS watch, tracker or phone app capable of exporting FIT or GPX.

Images are replaceable placeholders. Verify exact steps against the installed application or firmware before publishing.

Choose a GPS recorder

Use compatible sports watches, GPS trackers or mobile apps. Confirm the device or service supports exporting an activity file.

Troubleshooting

No route on map

Check whether your file contains GPS coordinates. Speed and route data are not the same thing.

File will not open

Confirm recording was completed and that the exported file contains actual supported data.
